Advanced Composites Manufacturer

The right manufacturing methods for your project

We help customers understand which composite manufacturing method is right for their particular project. We don't believe in cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all composite molding solutions. We assess your critical project and use the latest advanced composite manufacturing techniques and technology to ensure its success.

Resin Transfer Molding

Our Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) specialists excel in the field of precision RTM and conventional advanced composites manufacturing. Our robust methods are ideal for integrated structures that require multiple finished surfaces, low void content, and high fiber volume. Our RTM specialists use precision machined tools and high-pressure processing systems to produce aerospace composite components with a high degree of repeatability and process control.

HiRPM®

Our latest proprietary process solution is called "HiRPM®" (Hot Isostatic Resin Pressure Molding) an Ultra-Precision Closed Molding technique. We utilize HiRPM® technology to custom manufacture parts for aerospace and defense applications. The technology is a compilation of unique composite manufacturing and tooling methods that result in improved part quality and reduced overall cost.

Matrix Composites offers custom aerospace composite manufacturing services using our HiRPM® technology. We also sell turnkey, custom HiRPM® manufacturing systems (tooling and equipment) and training that our customers may use to manufacture their parts.
